We are looking for a Customer Insights Manager to join our growing Customer Experience team. Your role involves analyzing customer behaviour and deriving insights to steer our business in the right direction.

For this position, you will need
  • 5+ years of experience in monitoring, managing, manipulating and drawing insights from data
  • 3-5 years of experience in analytics, metrics gathering, and reporting
  • Proven Project Management experience with complex and multi-stakeholder projects
  • Advanced SQL skills, including the capability to efficiently query across multiple tables and utilize subqueries effectively
  • Familiarity and experience in applying analytical concepts and statistical methods, including forming hypotheses, designing tests and experiments, analyzing data, deriving conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units
  • Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Applied Analytics, Operations Research, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or Finance

  • Improving customer segmentation strategies to enable more effective targeted marketing and personalized experiences, to increase customer engagement.
  • Contributing to the creation and improvement of loyalty programs
  • Leading cross-functional projects to uncover insights for strategic decision-making and opportunities for optimization
  • Examining, interpreting, reporting and communicating the results of analytical initiatives to leadership, technology, sales, marketing, and product teams as well as to external stakeholders
