Loyalty Strategy and Program Manager

As the Loyalty Strategy and Program Manager at Iute, you will collaborate directly with the company’s leadership to develop and refine our global loyalty program, ensuring its alignment with customer acquisition and retention goals. Your role involves partnering with various teams to adapt and grow the program across different regions. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing essential program metrics, such as enrollments, redemptions, and overall program performance.

For this position, you will need
  • 10+ years of work experience in loyalty marketing/marketing strategy or product development, with a preference for expertise in loyalty program strategies and tactics
  • Experience in financial services is a plus
  • Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills at all levels, including strong presentation skills
  • Strong strategic thought leadership and analytical skills
  • The ability to translate customer needs into specifications and implementation
  • The ability to recruit regional Loyalty Program leads
  • Experience with customer insights and solid knowledge of loyalty platforms
  • Extremely skilled at securing buy-in from cross-functional stakeholders and teams
  • Proven success partnering with Engineering teams to ideate and build capabilities that deliver customer value
  • Ability to develop and manage external partnerships
  • A strong comfort level with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
Your opportunities and challenges with us would be
  • Develop the value proposition for our loyalty program, and relevant, new regional offerings to drive program acquisition, engagement and advocacy
  • Develop business requirements in partnership with product, UX, technologies, legal, and compliance team
  • Work closely with customer insights, data analytics and financial leads to identify opportunities for the value proposition and program roadmap
  • Work with partnerships and regional teams to create new program partnerships that benefit our customers, partners, and shareholders
  • Lead alignment with executives, regional and cross-functional teams on our vision, and roll-out plans to drive awareness and excitement about the program
