At Iute, we’re looking for a Marketing Automation Lead to shape the future of personalized marketing across our digital ecosystem.

As part of the Marketing and Sales Automation team, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and executing automated marketing campaigns that engage, convert, and retain customers across our product lines – from Wallets and Loans to Insurance. You’ll work at the intersection of data science, commercial strategy, and customer experience, ensuring every message is timely, relevant, personalized, and on-brand.

What you’ll do
  • Build and manage automated, multi-channel campaigns that convert leads into loyal, active customers.

  • Develop a broadcast messaging framework to support seasonal and lifecycle communications, reducing manual effort.

  • Prioritize the Myiute app as the core communication and conversion platform, while leveraging channels like email, SMS, push notifications, WhatsApp/Viber, and social media.

  • Ensure consistent communication of tone, visual identity, and branding across all broadcast channels and campaign types.

  • Design and optimize customer journeys from acquisition to retention, based on behavioral triggers, product lifecycle stages, and sales automation inputs.

  • Collaborate with country marketing teams, product owners, and the data science team to align messaging with customer needs and commercial priorities.

  • Monitor performance, test approaches, and continuously optimize campaign effectiveness using clear KPIs.

  • Help embed a unified, data-driven, scalable marketing automation culture across Iute Group markets.

What we expect from you
  • Proven experience in marketing automation, CRM campaign management, or customer journey design – preferably in fintech, telecom, or e-commerce.

  • Hands-on knowledge of marketing automation tools and omni-channel campaign platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills and a solid grasp of segmentation, targeting, and personalization.

  • Structured, proactive, and collaborative – able to manage cross-functional projects with accountability.

  • Excellent command of English (both spoken and written); other regional languages are a plus.

  • Familiarity with mobile-first marketing and performance-focused campaign logic is a strong advantage.
