We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Lead to shape and execute our digital strategy across Balkan markets. This role is focused on driving new customer acquisition, boosting usage of our Myiute mobile app, and enhancing customer value and brand loyalty through innovative digital campaigns.

You will collaborate closely with product, brand, and country teams to create high-impact solutions that help digitize local markets and expand Iute’s reach.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead and implement Iute’s digital marketing strategy with a focus on mobile app engagement and self-service adoption.

  • Oversee website development and digital channel optimization to support customer acquisition and retention.

  • Define and apply digital marketing best practices and unified standards across markets.

  • Drive the creation of compelling digital content that supports user activation and promotes app features.

  • Monitor key marketing metrics, evaluate campaign performance, and optimize based on data insights.

What we expect from you

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong grasp of mobile-first strategies and multi-market campaign execution.

  • Solid understanding of fintech or digital banking landscapes, including mobile payments and app-based customer engagement.

  • Strong skills in analytics and performance marketing (SEO, SEM, ASO, email, social media, conversion optimization).

  • Experience in digital content production and online brand engagement.

  • Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership skills and a collaborative approach to working with internal teams, agencies, and tech partners.
