We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our Customer Experience team and help shape digital solutions that are both visually engaging and functionally effective. You will play a key role in designing intuitive user experiences and elegant user interfaces for our mobile app and internal tools.

This role combines creative problem-solving with structured thinking – and has a direct impact on tens of thousands of customers who interact with our products daily.

You’ll work closely with fellow designers, developers, product managers, and marketing specialists to deliver user-centric design solutions that meet real business needs.

What you’ll do
  • Design visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for our mobile app and internal software platforms

  • Map and improve user journeys, navigation flows, and interaction models for better usability and engagement

  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design concepts – iterate based on feedback and usability insights

  • Ensure brand consistency across all designs, including typography, color, and layout

  • Design mobile-first and responsive interfaces for various screen sizes and devices

  • Produce engaging visual assets for in-app content and marketing campaigns

  • Contribute to A/B testing efforts and analyze design performance to optimize user conversion and reduce drop-offs

  • Leverage user research and behavioral data to inform design decisions and improvements

  • Stay updated on UI/UX best practices, accessibility standards, and design trends – bring fresh ideas into the team

What we expect from you
  • A strong portfolio that includes real-world design work, not just unsolicited redesigns or conceptual case studies

  • Prior hands-on experience in UX or product design – not just graphic or visual design

  • A thoughtful, creative approach to solving user problems, grounded in structure and clarity

  • Excellent communication skills – able to explain design rationale and collaborate across functions

  • Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator

  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, usability best practices, and information architecture

  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written (C1 level or higher)

  • Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG 2.1, EAA) is an advantage
