As a business architect, you will be part of the Iute Group business architecture team which is responsible for designing and managing core business knowledge and providing business framework for Iute Group entities.
Your opportunities and challenges with us would be
- Understanding strategic and tactical objectives, understanding the context in which the business operates
- Represent architectural thinking, translating complex subjects and operational processes into architectural concepts, providing clarity and structure
- Developing and communicating high-level models on how the business operates
- Collaborate with teams across the business to define, describe and model customer value delivery in different financial products and services
- Identifying, documenting and structuring business capabilities that are needed in customer value delivery and in business operations in general
- Managing common vocabulary across business functions and over different business products and services to ensure alignment on the language in use. Clarify, agree, describe, and communicate business vocabulary terms and definitions
- Document business analysis and architecture artefacts in clear formats and communicate the outcomes to business stakeholders
- Implementing and managing analysis and architecture concepts (capabilities definitions, value stream models) in a business architecture platform
- Managing the relationship and good collaboration with business stakeholders and group chief officers on general business analysis and business architecture outcomes
For this position, you will need
- Prior work experience in business analysis or business architecture roles
- An organized, detailed, analytical mindset
- Business analysis skills and ability to work in both big picture and details, as well as comfortably switch between these perspectives
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills to collaborate with business leaders and to effectively communicate the outcomes
- Experience in business analysis or architecture modelling using various tools and techniques
- Strong interest to architectural thinking and applying architecture concepts in general business management
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Good understanding of financial services products and processes is beneficial
