As a Group Wallet Sales Lead in Iute Group’s Commercial Department, you will drive the growth of our Wallet services by developing and executing strategies that maximize user engagement and revenue. Iute’s Wallet services offer customers seamless financial transactions through the MyIute app.

For this position, you will need
  • Proven experience in sales strategy development within wallet services.
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on embedding and bundling different value streams.
  • A results-oriented approach, driving active Wallet user growth, increasing transactions, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Familiarity with the daily challenges and needs of Private Customers and Companies across different sectors in Wallet-related service areas.
  • A deep understanding of Wallet-related services, subscription models, bundling strategies, and principles.
  • Knowledge of sales automation principles and technologies.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with experience working across different teams and nationalities.
  • Good spoken and written English.
Your opportunities and challenges with us would be
  • Participating in defining business requirements for Corebank system development.
  • Taking an active role in the Wallet Business Development team, aligning Commercial interests with technological development priorities.
  • Leading the commercialization of Wallet solutions by creating market-ready offerings that enhance customer engagement and enable cross-value stream bundling.
  • Incorporating emerging technologies, including AI, into Wallet commercialization strategies.
  • Developing subscription models, bundling strategies, and cross-value stream offerings to maximize Wallet revenue potential.
  • Overseeing the deployment of Wallet solutions across all markets.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders in Iute HQ (Product Owners, the Technology team) and local subsidiary Wallet teams to gain local market insights.
