Iute Group launches Iute Plus loyalty program to enhance customer engagement

Iute Group, a banking group operating in Southeastern Europe, has introduced Iute Plus, a new loyalty program designed to strengthen customer relationships and encourage active engagement with the company’s financial products and services.

Operating in Albania, Bulgaria, Moldova, and North Macedonia, Iute Group specializes in providing seamless, customer-centric financial solutions, including payment, loan, and insurance brokerage services. According to Altug Kayar, Head of Loyalty and Customer Data Analytics at Iute Group, the primary goal of Iute Plus is to increase the number of active customers and eventually boost business volume per customer.

“Iute Plus is designed to actively shape customer behaviour by encouraging on-time loan repayments, keeping customers engaged rather than allowing them to become inactive, and increasing interest in additional financial products such as Insurance,” Kayar explained. “One of the unique aspects of Iute Plus, compared to other loyalty programs in the financial services industry, is that customers earn points based on loan repayments,” he added.

Albania was the first subsidiary to go live with the loyalty program. Other countries are expected to follow with the launch during the second quarter of the year. Additional developments are also planned to further enhance the program and its offerings.

Beyond accumulating points, Iute Plus strengthens customer relationships by encouraging responsible financial habits, providing personalized offers, and offering exclusive promotions and campaigns. “Loyalty programs in financial services are not just about rewards – they enhance trust, improve retention, and establish stronger emotional connections with customers,” Kayar concluded.
