Iute Group launches public Whistleblowing channel
Iute Group has extended its Whistleblowing Procedure to include external partners, providing them with a secure way to report potential or actual misconduct related to Iute’s operations. The initiative supports Iute’s commitment to conducting business with honesty, integrity, and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
While Iute team members have had access to internal whistleblowing channels, the new update ensures that our external stakeholders can now also raise concerns safely. By extending the Whistleblowing Procedure beyond the organisation, Iute reinforces its commitment to ethical business conduct.
Whistleblowing means the reporting of misconduct and/or information or reasonable suspicions about actual or potential breaches, and about attempts to conceal breaches within Iute.
A dedicated Whistleblowing page allows external stakeholders to report information or reasonable suspicions about irregularities or failures to comply with external and internal rules or regulations, such as fraud, bribery and corruption, discrimination, harassment, unethical misconduct, etc.
All reports will be handled with strict confidentiality. Any reported information will remain confidential between the person who reports it and the relevant persons who have access to the reports under the Whistleblowing Procedure. The identity of the reporting person will also remain confidential.
