Iute Group’s public offer for new Senior Secured EUR 2025/2030 bonds ends this Friday
Tallinn, Estonia, 29 May 2025. Iute Group will close the public offering of its new senior secured EUR 2025/2030 bonds (ISIN XS3047514446) on 30 May 2025 at 15:30 EEST / 14:30 CEST* (subject to early closing). The New Senior Secured EUR 2025/2030 Bonds will be offered for subscription at an issue price of 100% per bond with a fixed interest rate of 12% p.a, paid semi-annually during the first 48 months and quarterly thereafter.
