For this position, you will need
  • An organized, detailed, analytical, and process-oriented mindset.

  • Strong communication skills to present ideas and to help people understand the rationale behind design proposals and the complex nuances of design problems.

  • Good verbal and written English proficiency.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills.

  • A strong portfolio of UI and UX design projects, demonstrating creativity, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in modern design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud, Sketch, Figma, etc.

  • Creating graphics, banners, and digital assets for e-commerce platforms and marketing campaigns.

  • Solid understanding of UI design principles, UX methodologies, information architecture, and usability best practices.

A big plus is
  • An ability to work closely with developers and design mock pages right in single-page applications (for example Vue.js).

  • An experience with version control systems like Git.

  • A good understanding of how to get insights from Google Analytics data.

Your opportunities and challenges with us would be
  • Understand strategic and tactical objectives, product specifications, processes, user needs and psychology.

  • Work within the CX team and align with all business units.

  • Create visually appealing and intuitive user interface designs and elements of our app and internal software.

  • Collaborate with the CX team to enhance user journeys, streamline navigation, and improve overall usability, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable banking and app experience.

  • Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user flows, gathering feedback from stakeholders and enhancing accordingly.

  • Ensure that all UI designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in color schemes, typography, and visual elements across the platform.

  • Design UI/UX solutions that are mobile-friendly and responsive, providing an optimal experience for users on various devices and screen sizes.

  • Leverage your experience in creating engaging graphics, banners, and promotional materials for our app.

  • A/B testing and analysis: assist in A/B testing various design elements and user flows to identify opportunities for improvement and conversion rate and dropout rate optimization.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to understand requirements and align design solutions with business goals.

  • Utilize user research insights to inform design decisions and incorporate user feedback into the iterative design process.

  • Stay up-to-date with UI/UX design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, bringing the team fresh ideas and innovative design approaches.

  • Tracking app usage and finding out the drop-outs and improving the designs to improve user experience.
